3. Conclusion of Contract

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Confirmation of the order is sent immediately after submission by an automated email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in Euros and include statutory VAT.
Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the order process.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • PayPal

  • Credit card

  • Instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung)

  • Other payment methods depending on the provider (e.g., Klarna, Apple Pay, etc.)

6. Delivery

Delivery is within Germany and potentially also to other EU countries.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, as these are print-on-demand products that are manufactured individually after the order is placed.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal. Further information can be found under Cancellation Policy.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually customized products (e.g., shirts with your desired name or special print), unless otherwise agreed.

9. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the typical foreseeable damage.

11. Dispute Resolution / Consumer Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be wholly or partially invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
